Strategie di coping dei lavoratori immigrati

Per indagare sulle strategie di coping in contesti lavorativi di interculturalità, abbiamo elaborato uno strumento con item tratti dalla Echelle Toulousaine de Co-ping (ETC) e dal Coping Inventory for Stressfull Situations (CISS). Lo strumento è composto da 18 item, di cui 14 tratti dalla Scala Tolosana e 4 dal CISS. Il presente contributo illustra le prime fasi di messa a punto dello strumento. The aim of this work is to build an instrument for investigate coping strategies in multicultural work places, using a questionnaire with item from Echelle Tou-lousaine de Coping (ETC) and from Coping Inventory for Stressfull Situations (CISS). The finale scale has 18 items, 14 from the ETC and 4 form the CISS. This work illustrates the first phases of the definition of our questionnaire.
