The study reconceptualizes the social dimension of sustainability by framing DigitAI Employability as a multilevel capability arising from the interplay of individual resources, organizational practices, and institutional safeguards. It integrates digital competence, AI literacy, and psychosocial resources that support learning and adaptation. Drawing on employability models in Work and Organizational Psychology and sustainable employability theory, the analysis examines how AI and digitalization reshape employability at the individual, organizational, and institutional levels. Methodologically, it assesses the impact of generative AI tools on employability dimensions and illustrates this through the case of TIM Academy, tracing the shift from digital upskilling to AI-ready learning pathways. The study aims to map how AI, organizational practices, and regulatory frameworks interact to make employability socially sustainable, ensuring that capability development aligns with inclusion and well-being.
