We investigated the relation between perceived restorativeness of the work environment (PRW) and work engagement (WE) considering the role of job satisfaction (JS). Eighty-fours healthcare workers filled out a self-report questionnaire. A mediation analysis revealed that perceived restorativeness of the work environment predicted WE and JS mediated the relation.

Abstract
