This paper presents some preliminary results from a European funded project, House of Brains-HoB), aimed at developing entrepreneurial competencies in college students and at facilitating their employability and transition to the workplace throughout a newly developed online training platform. For college students, finding employment is an important life transition. On the Hob platform, learners were accompanied in their transition from college to entrepreneurship by developing autonomy in learning, intrinsic motivation as well as specific entrepreneurial competencies. In this paper we are specifically concern with the relationship between motivation, assertiveness and career expectations in a sample of 42 learners participating in the HoB project
