The paper presents a model of stakeholder relationships in which the salience of stakeholders is combined with the strategic functionality of them (the contribution of each stakeholder group to the firm strategy). A case study is presented, with the aim of analysing the role played by each kind of stakeholder in the process of strategy implementation and realization (by the means of business model), over a specific time horizon (5 years).

Abstract
