Metabolic pathways can be analyzed through different methodologies:detailed kinetic models, topological network analysis, stoichiometric analysis, and hybrid approaches. We review the SKM methodology as an intermediate approach considering some statistical issues and suggesting some integration on the analysis of the parameter space which describe the dynamical system.

Abstract
