An integrated instrument for simultaneous profilometry and IR multispectral reflectography of a painted surface is described. The device is based on the multi-NIR fiber-optic scanner integrated with a software that supports the novel 3D application. We exploit the scanner’s autofocus module, based on a laser profilometric probe, in order to obtain surface data of deformed surfaces.

Abstract
