This research was directed at investigating the phenomenon of tourist migration. It was found that the most common reason for migration to Costa Rica was related to health factors. This study revealed that the most important reasons why Italian People choose Costa Rica are: - nature - more free time - a simple way of life - a feeling of more freedom.
