According to the ologrammatic principle also inside the Health and Social District it is possible to appreciate system complexity in which it self-acts as subsystem. Territorial health care approach is traditionally based on the use of some models which, starting from the evaluation of assisted people needs into the District Operative Unit (UOD) define the kind of care answer more suitable addressing to one of classical care models (nursing home, day centre, long term care facilities, hospice, integrated home care etc). In the present work through the analysis of the difference between care need defined within the District Operative Unit and relative theorical care models we tried to characterize in which areas actual needs evaluation can frame correctly users needs and put in action an appropriated care answer and areas where are emerging instead some deficiencies.
