In this case report, we report the difficulties in the diagnosis of inherited thrombocytopenias confirming previous literature data; moreover we report the management of challenging conditions which have necessitated of balancing between hemorrhagic and thrombotic risk, confirming and implementing data on the safety of TPO-RAs administered also for longer periods.

Abstract
