In this paper, we propose a mathematical model to quantify and analyse the impact of public interest communication on target audiences. Abstract

In this paper, we propose a mathematical model to quantify and analyse the impact of public interest communication on target audiences. Building on Bench-Capon’s value-based approach, our model introduces the concept of value vectors to represent a multi-dimensional spectrum of values influencing audience perception and response. By employing vectors, we aim to capture the nuanced interplay between diverse values and the effectiveness of communication strategies.
