The adoption of eHealth services is a critical and urgent factor in the improvement of many people's lifestyles and the improvement of National Health Systems. Uncertainty persists on the factors that influence and provide obstacles for medical professionals when selecting whether to embrace such technology. Qualitative Comparative Analysis (QCA) was used to address the complexity of eHealth service acceptance. The results should show a "recipe" of predisposing factors that significantly lead to increased desire to use eHealth services. The findings should demonstrate the relevance and necessity of four components for adoption intention.
