In the beginning of 2020, the world faced the Covid-19 pandemic. During the lockdown it has been necessary to make a large use of digital technology in order to carry on working, teaching, learning, relating and facing new citizenship challenges. We all have dealt with new technological issues due to the time of forced exposition to digital technologies. Despite life has greatly moved towards the online environment, we have not been able to manage information, tools, network environments, and languages that the devices have offered us. This work pretends to be the bases for a future study that will aim to identify the skills necessary so that adults who decide to undertake an academic path at online universities can easily move in the chosen accredited learning context.
