Abstract
Taking a cue from an interesting ruling of the Italian Supreme Court, the paper, first of all, expresses some doubts on whether the increasingly common practice of appointing professionals, especially lawyers, as limited guardians (amministratori di sostegno) complies with the law. The essay also criticizes the trends in case law and academic literature that variously tend to award a remuneration, or something similar, to the lawyer who has been appointed as limited guardian (amministratore di sostegno).File in questo prodotto:
