the present case note is initially aimed at illustrating the evolution of the boundaries of regional and state competences on hunting legislation. Subsequently, the work will be focused on the analysis of the previous rullings of the italian consitutional Court on this topic. In conclusion, particular attention will be paid to the content of judgment n. 217/2018 of the Italian Constitutional Court on the relationship between hunting law and environmental law.
