The reduction of the clergy and the in - adequacy of the parish to implement its own pastoral proposal alone make it nec - essary not only to resort to the different methods of pastoral care introduced by the 1983 CIC, but also the elaboration and experimentation of organizational patterns of collaboration between par - ishes, especially in the context of chari - table, educational and cultural activities. These forms of collaboration, in the ab - sence of a detailed regulatory provision by universal law, are governed mainly by particular canon law. The essay consid - ers the possibilities and the limits set by the Italian law for their realization, in particular as regards the establishment of new civilly recognized bodies.
La diminuzione del clero e l’inadeguatez- za della parrocchia ad attuare da sola la propria proposta pastorale rendono neces- sario non solo il ricorso alle diverse moda - lità di cura pastorale introdotte dal CIC del 1983, ma anche l’elaborazione e la sperimentazione di schemi organizzativi di collaborazione tra parrocchie, special - mente nell’ambito di attività caritative, educative e culturali. Tali forme di col- laborazione, in assenza di una previsione normativa dettagliata da parte del diritto universale, sono disciplinate prevalente - mente dal diritto canonico particolare. Nell’articolo vengono considerati le pos - sibilità ed i limiti posti dal diritto italiano per la loro realizzazione, in particolare per quanto attiene alla costituzione di nuovi enti civilmente riconosciuti.
