The case is reported of a patient exposed by Chloramine T (CT) who complained of rhinorrhea and fits of asthma-like dyspnea when using this substance. A diagnosis of allergic bronchial asthma was made after a specific bronchial provocation test with demonstration of CT-specific IgE antibodies with the RAST method. The importance is stressed of using traditional diagnostic parameters (challenging test and specific TPB), which can be together with determination of specific IgE in vitro.

Abstract
The case is reported of a patient exposed by Chloramine T (CT) who complained of rhinorrhea and fits of asthma-like dyspnea when using this substance.
