Efficienza energetica e deep renovation nei condomini. Una proposta concreta per lo sviluppo economico del nostro Paese

The Italian Energy Efficiency Gap – the difference between the energy efficiency potential and the actually achieved level – is still high, especially in the residential areas. This results from multiple factors: market failures, economic, organizational, behavioural, technological barriers, and others. The objective of this work is to design a concrete proposal to overcome the obstacles that hinder the development of energy efficiency projects and to promote the interventions of renovations and seismic upgrading of entire buildings. The implementation of this kind of policies is crucially important not only because of energetic and environmental concerns but also due to the economic and social reasons related to the significant returns on GDP, public finances and employment
