The case of a 10-year-old child with Crohn’s disease metastatic to the skin is presented. The child presented with an erythematous infiltrated painless plaque on the mons pubis. The patients was treated with infliximab with only transient efficacy. Cases of metatsaticic Crohn's disease presenting in pediatric age are rewieved.
