The intra-cerebral-ventricular (ICV) infusion of drugs is a technique that allows injection of compounds which cannot pass the blood-brain barrier directly into the brain. In order to evaluate the potential effects on behavior of vehicles, volumes, or injection rate, we evaluated the effect of ICV injection of PBS and saline. Locomotor activity was recorded using Laboratory Animal Behaviour Observation Registration Analysis System (LABORAS).

Abstract
The intra-cerebral-ventricular (ICV) infusion of drugs is a technique that allows injection of compounds which cannot pass the blood-brain barrier directly into the brain. In order to evaluate the potential effects on behavior of vehicles, volumes, or injection rate, we evaluated the effect of ICV injection of PBS and saline. Locomotor activity was recorded using Laboratory Animal Behaviour Observation Registration Analysis System (LABORAS).File in questo prodotto:
