Aortic valve stenosis; Left heart catheterization; Valvulo-arterial impedance
The aim of the study was to determine the correlation between invasive Zva, and Zva obtained using in its calculation Doppler MG or PG as absolute values or the same parameters subtracting PR (MGnet or PGnet) in 48 patients with severe AS (AVA ≤ 1 cm 2 ), who underwent left heart catheterization and complete echocardiography prior to surgery, previously excluding those with concomitant mitral disease, myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery history, critical coronaropathy or moderate/severe aortic insufficiency.

Abstract
The aim of the study was to determine the correlation between invasive Zva, and Zva obtained using in its calculation Doppler MG or PG as absolute values or the same parameters subtracting PR (MGnet or PGnet) in 48 patients with severe AS (AVA ≤ 1 cm 2 ), who underwent left heart catheterization and complete echocardiography prior to surgery, previously excluding those with concomitant mitral disease, myocardial infarction or cardiac surgery history, critical coronaropathy or moderate/severe aortic insufficiency.File in questo prodotto:
