The Authors discuss their experiences with three cases of granular gangraenescens of the Stewart type, using immunosuppressive treatment by administering eparine and protamine sulphate. The action mechanism of the treatment is described. Even although the results obtained were only from three cases, they are encouraging; especially if the treatment is given in the early stages of the disease.
