Some tumor-like like lesions have been described in the literature. Autoimmune pancreatitis, paraduodenal pancreatitis, pancreatic hamartoma, tumor, intrapancreatic accessory spleen may look like a neoplasms of the pancreas. In this chapter, the main characteristic of this diseases, the diagnostic and therapeutical approach are described.
