Head and neck's lipomas represent less than 10% of total body's lipomas. They are therefore particularly rare: their incidence is underestimate and clinical manifestations are late, because of their slow growing. Therefore their finding is accidental in most of cases. Giant lipomas represent 0,1%-0,6% of benign neoplasm of the larynx. The authors have reported approximately 114 cases. The paper presents 2 cases of peduncolated lipoma, originated from the aryepiglottic fold of the larynx removed endoscopically, with endoscopic radiofrequency surgery by the ENT department of Verona’s University. It is presented a review of the literature aiming to compare with our personal experience, diagnostic tecnics and treatments.

Abstract
It is presented a review of the literature aiming to compare with our personal experience, diagnostic tecnics and treatments.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
