Since d.p.r. 13 February 2001, n. 123 regulates the Italian electronic proceedings without enforcing it, the article examines only the technical aspects of the proceeding by leaving out the relevant legal effects related to the digital structures. The Author tries to examine actually some juridical aspects that could emerge from the new technical proceedings in connection with the Italian civil procedural law by underling in particular that the d.p.r. 123/2001 concerns a few aspects of the recent civil process.
