Grover’s disease (transient acantholytic dermatosis) is a nonimmune acantholytic dermatosis, clinically characterized by pruritic papules and vesicles, mainly distributed on the trunk, that affects mostly adult males over 50 years old. In some cases it has been reported in association with other systemic diseases. We report a case of Grover’s disease in association with atopy in a woman who was under 50 years old.

Abstract
