Producción y publicación de ediciones digitales académicas. Una mirada hacia el futuro

This contribution describes the evolution of scholarly digital editions with the aim of distinguishing different stages throughout this process. Three key moments in this development are considered: the pioneering phase, characterized by editions that first exploited the hypertextual nature of the WWW; the current stage, marked by an emphasis on “distributed editions”; and a future projection, involving the creation of computational and interactive editions. The objective is to establish possible patterns for the development of these artefacts from a careful critical perspective that does not rely superficially on the FAIR principles alone.
