Archaeomalacological analyses have been carried out as part of the interdisciplinary project of Colombare di Negrar, a prehistoric site in the Lessini Mountains (northern Italy). The palaeoenvironmental and economic reconstruction from the Late to Final Neolithic was basedon1047molluscremainstakenfromtwocontiguousTrenches4and15. Thelandscape reconstruction shows natural clearings in the woods. The faunal associations indicate that the environment from the Late to Final Neolithic became wetter. Finally, stony-soil species remained constant over time.
