The paper examines the events that led from Fermo to Florence to move the collection of numerous signacula ex aere and some anuli signatorii, belonging to Gaetano and Raffaele De Minicis. As all of these were published in the Corpus Inscriptionum Latinarum without autopsy, a thorough review has revealed some new elements, including the identification of two unknown signacula and mprovements in some readings.

Abstract
