Le acquisizioni giurisprudenziali sul ruolo degli enti locali nel processo di attuazione dell’art. 116, comma 3, della Costituzione

The article analyzes the forms and methods of involvement of local authorities in the implementation process of Article 116, paragraph 3, of the Constitution, considering the most recent judicial developments. Their effective participation is essential to ensure efficient management of transferred functions and, thus, to enhance the so-called System of autonomies.
