The shared educational responsibility between parents and teachers remains an unresolved issue within the school system. Home and school—key spaces for the growth of young people—require collaboration, which, however, proves to be complex. National and international literature has long addressed this topic, highlighting both its challenges and opportunities. The various terms used—such as participation, collaboration, and educational pact—reflect the diversity of models shaping the school-family relationship. In Italy, legislative developments have moved from the system of Delegated Decrees to the Shared Responsibility Pact, and more recently to Community Educational Pacts, which promote the principle of subsidiarity and educational co-responsibility. This study focuses on the role assigned to families within these Pacts, using thematic analysis of official documents to understand how to foster effective collaboration between school and family.

Abstract
This study focuses on the role assigned to families within these Pacts, using thematic analysis of official documents to understand how to foster effective collaboration between school and family.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
