The text analyzes the psycho-emotional and social vulnerabilities that characterize adolescence in Western societies, exacerbated by socioeconomic and cultural changes as well as global events such as the pandemic. These fragilities can lead to deviant behaviors, such as affiliation with youth gangs. To identify effective prevention strategies, a literature review was conducted using the realist synthesis approach, analyzing 29 studies selected between 1997 and 2024. The analysis highlighted which interventions, in various contexts (school, family, community), are most effective in preventing youth antisocial behaviors, providing useful guidelines for designing targeted prevention programs.

Abstract
The text analyzes the psycho-emotional and social vulnerabilities that characterize adolescence in Western societies, exacerbated by socioeconomic and cultural changes as well as global events such as the pandemic. These fragilities can lead to deviant behaviors, such as affiliation with youth gangs. To identify effective prevention strategies, a literature review was conducted using the realist synthesis approach, analyzing 29 studies selected between 1997 and 2024. The analysis highlighted which interventions, in various contexts (school, family, community), are most effective in preventing youth antisocial behaviors, providing useful guidelines for designing targeted prevention programs.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
