Picking up on some of the main themes addressed in Corrado Bertani's volume "L'enorme sproporzione. La filosofia del diritto nella scuola hegeliana (1821-1846)", this essay highlights how Hegel's thought proved to be fundamental for his contemporaries in the legal field, at least for those jurists who attributed a foundational role to philosophy. Given the volume's effort to bring to the reader's attention some minor intellectuals and their role in the reception history of Hegel's Philosophy of Right, this essay also addresses and discusses some aspects that seem to remain open, thus posing some questions to the author.

Abstract
Picking up on some of the main themes addressed in Corrado Bertani's volume "L'enorme sproporzione. La filosofia del diritto nella scuola hegeliana (1821-1846)", this essay highlights how Hegel's thought proved to be fundamental for his contemporaries in the legal field, at least for those jurists who attributed a foundational role to philosophy. Given the volume's effort to bring to the reader's attention some minor intellectuals and their role in the reception history of Hegel's Philosophy of Right, this essay also addresses and discusses some aspects that seem to remain open, thus posing some questions to the author.File in questo prodotto:
