Gli ecomusei, strumenti per un nuovo approccio al patrimonio culturale. Le esperienze di Italia e Spagna.

The essay assesses the role ecomuseums play in the Italian and Spanish legal systems, particularly when it comes to implementing the European Landscape Convention, the UNESCO Convention for the Safeguarding of the Intangible Cultural Heritage, and the Faro Convention on the Value of Cultural Heritage for Society. Particular attention is devoted to the distribution n of competences between the national level of government, on the one hand, and Regions and Autonomous Communities, on the other.

Il presente testo prende in considerazione la figura dell’ecomuseo negli ordinamenti giuridici di Italia e Spagna, inquadrandolo nel contesto degli strumenti giuridici che nei rispettivi paesi danno attuazione alla Convenzione Europea del Paesaggio, alla Convenzione UNESCO sul patrimonio culturale immateriale e alla Convenzione di Faro sul valore del patrimonio culturale. Particolare attenzione viene data al riparto di competenze tra Stato centrale, Regioni e Comunità Autonome.
