The supplement hasbeen written by members of the faculty of a Seminarheld on September 20–21, 2013 in Avigliano Umbroand facilitated by an unrestricted grant from PfizerItalia. The contributors are all rheumatologists and der-matologists with substantial experience in the treatmentof chronic inflammatory rheumatic and dermatologicalconditions such as rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriasis,psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and spondyloarthropathies(SpA) such as ankylosing spondylitis (AS).
