The A. approaches the issue of digital transition from the perspective of work-life balance building on two specific acts of European Union law: the dir. 2019/1158/EU on work-life balance for parents and caregivers and the European Framework Agreement on Digitalisation of June 20, 2020. The analysis takes into special consideration the issue of values, EU rules and their domestic transposition focusing on the on the regulatory sources (individual, collective) in the context of the complexity of the partnership model represented in the 2020 Agreement. For caregivers, one of the regulatory venues for reconciliation rights is the individual, personalized and participatory project that implements the 2006 UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
