Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) targeting programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1), cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated-4 (CTLA-4), and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) can be associated with immune-related adverse events (iRAE). Among neurological iRAE, cerebellar involvement seems to be rare and currently lacks a proper characterization. Aim of this study is to phenotype cerebellar iRAE.

Abstract
Immune checkpoint inhibitors (ICIs) targeting programmed death receptor-1 (PD-1), cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated-4 (CTLA-4), and programmed cell death ligand 1 (PD-L1) can be associated with immune-related adverse events (iRAE). Among neurological iRAE, cerebellar involvement seems to be rare and currently lacks a proper characterization. Aim of this study is to phenotype cerebellar iRAE.File in questo prodotto:
