Since its inception, modern dentistry has been a discipline in continuous evolution. Thanks to this progress, the prostethic rehabilitation of the endentulous patien can now be effectively addressed by multiple therapeutic approaches rooted in the decision-making marriage between patient and clinician, in the instance of both partial and total edentulous patients. The current study is intended to be an expmple of this evolution through the description of one out of five clinical cases performed. It is intended to demonstrated how the newly proposed implant-prosthetic techiques, where a fixed implant rehabilitation is not possible due to age constraints, lack bone support or unfavorable mechanical-aesthetic parameters, allow the rehabilitation of the upper total bone support or unfavorable mechanical-aesthetics parameteers, allow the rehabilitation upper total edentulous jaw with a removable device without a solidarizing intermediate implants to reply on. The implants and the whole rehabilitation are, however consolidated thanks to the stability with optimal results for the patient in terms of cost, comfort, aesthetics and home hygiene.
