We evaluated if grafting of recovered material on symptomatic and symptomless grapevines can have curative and preventive effects against Bois noir. Symptom observation and molecular detection of 'Candidatus Phytoplasma solani' were conducted on grafted and ungrafted grapevines. Percentage of symptomatic and infected plants was significantly reduced in grafted symptomatic ones, indicating that grafting of recovered shoots can have a curative effect.

Symptom observation and molecular detection of 'Candidatus Phytoplasma solani' were conducted on grafted and ungrafted grapevines. Percentage of symptomatic and infected plants was significantly reduced in grafted symptomatic ones, indicating that grafting of recovered shoots can have a curative effect.File in questo prodotto:
