Some crucial issues arise by the rules enacted in 2016 about the annual report required for benefit companies. While going in detail about the contents of this report, such rules substantially lack of an actual coordination with the regulation of the resolution approving the annual financial statements. The paper aims at analyzing the mentioned issues as well as at proposing some solutions.
