An integrated socio-sanitary team manage the APA program. APA philosophy supports an attitude of acceptance of individual differences, promotes innovation and cooperative service delivery and empowerment systems4. The aim of this APA program is to help elderly with frailty and disability not only physically, but also increasing socialization and fostering secondary prevention.
