The article is a detailed explanation of the theory of mediation understood as a collective experience capable to put human beings in relationship with objects becoming meaningful for their individual and collective life. The hypothesis is that mediation could give a satisfactory explanation to the origin of human culture from group experiences of crisis of the biological object caused by internal conflicts and followed by a process of selection of a collective victim analogous to that theorized by Freud, Bataille, Girard, but finally focused on a new perception of object as source of meaning. The essay demonstrates the reasons of such an approach starting from a discussion of the afore-mentioned authors compared to the development of modern philosophy (Kant, Nietzsche Husserl).

Abstract
The article is a detailed explanation of the theory of mediation understood as a collective experience capable to put human beings in relationship with objects becoming meaningful for their individual and collective life. The hypothesis is that mediation could give a satisfactory explanation to the origin of human culture from group experiences of crisis of the biological object caused by internal conflicts and followed by a process of selection of a collective victim analogous to that theorized by Freud, Bataille, Girard, but finally focused on a new perception of object as source of meaning. The essay demonstrates the reasons of such an approach starting from a discussion of the afore-mentioned authors compared to the development of modern philosophy (Kant, Nietzsche Husserl).File | Dimensione | Formato | |
