Objectives: The purposes of the study are multiple: first to investigate the determinants of Dickkopf-1 (Dkk1) in ankylosing spondylitis (AS), second to understand the role of anti-citrullinated protein antibodies (ACPA) on systemic bone health and third investigate the effect in the short term of tumor necrosis factor α inhibitors (TNFI) on bone density, turnover markers and Wnt modulators in rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
