The REACH Regulation has established a Board of Appeal, which is part of its structure, to resolve certain disputes arising from application of the Regulation. Unlike other similar cases of non-judicial dispute resolution established by EU law, the procedure provided for ECHA Board of Appeal is precisely laid down by the REACH Reg. and by a Commission Regulation with regard to the parties and their rights, time limits and effects.
