This essay aims at examining the recognition of measures concerning the rights of access at European and international level. Indeed, various instruments apply and their coordination is necessary in order to protect such rights. Specific procedures are provided in the Regulation 2201/2003, with particular regard to the circulation of decisions concerning the rights of access, as well as in the 1996 Hague Convention.

Abstract
