The essay examines the sources of law of the Italian constitutional legal system. Due to the manifold interactions between the domestic, the international and the European legal systems, it analyses the respective sources of law as well. Moreover, the topic is discussed within the broader constitutional context: on the one hand, attention is paid to the normative powers of the executive branch at the national level; on the other, the regional character of the Constitutions imposes a deep examination of the regional sources of law.

Abstract
The essay examines the sources of law of the Italian constitutional legal system. Due to the manifold interactions between the domestic, the international and the European legal systems, it analyses the respective sources of law as well. Moreover, the topic is discussed within the broader constitutional context: on the one hand, attention is paid to the normative powers of the executive branch at the national level; on the other, the regional character of the Constitutions imposes a deep examination of the regional sources of law.File in questo prodotto:
