On the basis of two turning-points - the practical turning-point and the reflective turning-point - the chapter aims to illustrate some operational strategies for an initial and continuing technical and professional training that does not conceive work as something that comes "after" education, but rather as an educative environment per se, with plenty of room for the development of personal skills that used to be expected only of programs of general education quite removed from practical activity.
