Studying on the italian criminal law system along with the relative european and international laws,the author provides a detailed illustration of the past and present status of the computer crimes and cybercrimes on the aspects of legislation,doctrine and jurisprudence,and tries to point out a harmonic and systematic prospective for the informational criminal law and its study with the classical theory of legal goods as the axis.
