This book aims to contribute to enhancing the understandins of a few essential aspects of the innovation process. It is the result of the analysis and research of a group of researchers who studied the psychosocial innovation process on an international level, starting from the individual creative process through to its social diffusion, analyzing antecedent factors, types of innovation, implementation characteristics, and its main effects upon work and organizations. It also attests both the different multiple characteristics of the innovative process and the main consequences of the actual work transformations in the lives of individuals and organizations.
