SKILLS4JUSTICE WP5 National Report – Italy

This report presents the Italian contribution to Work Package 5 (WP5) of the Skills4Justice project. The analysis focuses on the external and internal conditions shaping skills formation, labour mobility and labour market integration, with particular attention to the role of Skills Partnerships and other structured labour mobility initiatives. The report draws on findings generated within WP2 and WP4. WP2 explored the perspectives of employers, employers’ organizations, vocational education and training (VET) providers, higher education institutions, labour market intermediaries and organizations involved in migrant reception and integration. WP4 investigated the experiences of migrant workers and Skills Partnership participants, examining migration pathways, skill formation, employment trajectories and perceptions of social justice.
